(4 January 2026, Hong Kong) Television Broadcasts Limited (“TVB”) announces that Mr. Eric Tsang Chi-wai (“Mr. Tsang”) will transition from his current role as General Manager (Content Operations) to becoming the Convenor of the Advisory Council to the Board on new content and strategic directions, with effect from 21 January 2026. Leveraging his extensive industry experience and unique insights into content creation, Mr Tsang will provide strategic advice on technology adoption and cross‑sector collaboration, continuing to advance TVB’s content ecosystem.

Executive Chairman Mr. Thomas Hui paid tribute to Mr. Tsang, stating: “Since rejoining TVB in January 2021 as Deputy General Manager (Variety, Music Production & Programme), Mr. Tsang has initiated an important content reform blueprint and, together with multiple internal teams, expanded new programme frontiers. In September of the same year, he was appointed General Manager (Content Operations), leading content production and the co-production dramas, laying a solid foundation for TVB’s future content landscape.
